Tears for Fears, Mad World

Not the most cheerful band, Tears for Fears. In fact, most of their early output focussed on repressed childhood trauma and Primal Therapy. Hence, probably not the ideal pop group to go for a night out with – unless you’re the kind who likes to end the evening with everyone silently looking down at a table, not wanting to be the first to leave.
