Forgotten beauties: Stephanie Beacham

Yes, the woman who can barely hear

beacham

Anyone who was first introduced to Stephanie Beacham when she did Strictly Come Dancing has probably got totally the wrong idea. She’s not really a dotty old lady who moves gingerly around a ballroom, always careful not to flash her wrinkly thighs – in fact, she used to be quite something. At the height of her fame she was Sable Colby in the excellent Dynasty spin-off The Colbys, but before that she starred in magnificent sounding films like House of Mortal Sin, Inseminoid, and Schizo (“When the left hand doesn’t know the right hand is killing!”). God, we want to see that film. Plus, she was in Dracula AD with Christopher Lee (pictured) and Peter Cushing, and she even once took everything off for Playboy magazine. What a sport. And what a fine gal, with a demure face and the kind of stark outrageous body that would inspire even the most thin lipped librarian to break the silence rule to go berserk with glee. She has since gone on to carve a niche for herself in Corrie.

As ever, there won’t be any womanly attractiveness for the guys, without a spattering of tasty man flesh for the girls. Below is Tom Selleck.

What happens when you run out of pictures of dear Tom? Surely, whilst being a highly photographed man in the 80’s, the supply is not inexhaustible…

Well, it’s a good question and a great point. A more acute observer might argue that we have used some photographs more than once.

They may be right, they may be wrong.

    Not telling.

I Agree with Carly!!!!! She’s my role-model TOO and I think she’s amasing, she is still something! She’s not a Forgotten beautie because she still is ONE. She might be a 63 glamma but she’s still at the top of her game! Seen her CV lately?
