Forgotten beauties: Pam Grier

Published: 18th Mar, 2009

The meanest chick in town, apparently…

Anyone who went through their student days wearing flat caps and claiming to be into Acid Jazz will know everything you need to know about Pam Grier. They will have sat through the Blaxploitation classics Coffy and Foxy Brown, some might have even sampled the intriguing delights of Women in Cages. A few will definitely have glanced at one of her magnificent nude shots from her heyday in the 1970s. What a fine, beautiful young actress she was – curvacious, tough, and not shy to throw a punch or fire a gun.  She spent the 80s cropping up in Miami Vice, then in 1997 Tarantino furthered her cinematic career with a role in the marvelous Jackie Brown. An amazing gal.

Of course, there will be no Pam Grier without a little something for the girls. Below is Tom Selleck.
