Nothing, literally nothing, makes an outfit like a strategically placed hat, and in this cold financial winter, headgear is a must for anyone looking to take their wardrobe up a notch. Already we’ve doffed an invisible cap to the Battered Black Leather Pork Pie, and today it’s the turn of the Baker Boy Cap.

This excellent tweed number comes courtesy of our favourite hat maker, Jill Corbett – she cuts and prepares her hats to your precise measurements. And sitting atop your gorgeous head, it gives a gentleman the look of a dapper young hustler, or, indeed, The Great Gatsby. Absolutely brilliant.
